"We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families."

"good stay, hotel is clean and new, so looks nice. Room had just enough space to be comfortable. There was a balcony but it was useless as the windows were locked. Not so good - the water tasted weird, had to use bottled water for brushing. On the last day the room smelled a lot for some reason."
