"Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a Clive double cell and it felt very spacious. Nice bathroom with a separate shower and tub. High quality linens and towels were thick and plush and generous sized. Good location, close to the station and walkable to everything. Breakfast is pricey but very nice. Service excellent "

"We had a great one night stay. The hotel was a short walk from the station and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived as a room was ready. Room was lovely, a nice temperature. The breakfast was very good lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a great position just a short walk to the centre. Would recommend."

"We received a very warm welcome and all the staff were so helpful, cheerful and friendly. We were upgraded to a lovely room which was light, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bathroom was spacious, modern and felt luxurious. Everywhere was spotless. "

"Disappointing that room service had a hidden "tray charge" not detailed on the menu or room welcome letter. This was the only standout difference to other similar quality hotel brands where this is not a charge (or at least quoted on menu prices). Other than this, was a great stay. "
