"My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at Taunton House. The hosts Michele & Bill were very friendly & made us feel welcome. The room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent & Michele made sure you had everything you wanted. We would recommend friends & family to stay at this B&B."

"We have stayed here before & loved this place. This time we were disappointed this with the room allocated room 012. It was small with a sloping ceiling and an uncomfortable bed... more suited for single occupancy. We didn't ask to be moved but in hindsight should have given Knoll House the opportunity to relocate us. We would stay again but insist on a room worthy of the £200 spend."

"A wonderful 4 day stay. Beautiful room overlooking the bay. Ample parking. All areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained. Restaurant serves lovely food using fresh produce. Short walk along the beach to Swanage. Will definitely return."
