"Nice enough place to stay, excellent swimming pool which really made it for us!! Room was dated, but perfectly suitable for our needs. Felt like the bedding could do with renewal, was clean but visibly old & worn. Staff we met were lovely! "

"Amazing hotel can't wait to come back. Very posh. Breakfast fantastic. Friendly staff very helpful comfortable bed and room tea and coffee in room also nice touch ironing board iron hairdryer Dove soap and shampoo perfect stayed for 3 nights. "

"We turn up the place was derelict as a sign on the door saying go to the Colton hotel and there wasn’t any space in the Carlton. I was with my four-year-old daughter. I then had to book another hotel to stay in Bournemouth. Absolutely disgusted with the service that I’ve got, I am waiting for a phone call to be Redeemed my money and I want compensate for this. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe it was even allowed to be booked. "

"This was our second time staying in the Hampton by Hilton in Bournemouth for a show at the BIC. It’s convenient for the venue, easy to park and the staff are really friendly. The room was clean and comfortable."
