For improvement would probably be the variety of food choices at the breakfast buffet as there were some items that we were looking for that were not part of the selection. "I stayed 2 nights at weekend and very happy. The room is clean, bed is comfortable. I don't expect much about included breakfast but it is delicious with hot and cold selections. Great location with bus and train nearby, easy get to and from Sydney airport. Walk 10 minutes to Pitt street mall, QVB. I booked a micro double room but was upgrade to micro queen room as gold member of hotel.com. Will come back next time."
