"Absolutely did not like the room. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Very noisy. Could not sleep at all amidst bus horns and other noises on the street. No noise barriers in the room. Very uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

"The address of the property listed on Expedia and contact number both were not correct . We struggled to reach to the property and room was also not clean and full of smoke . On request staff changed our room but still the quality of this hotel is not as per the stars given to the property . Bedsheets , walls of the room are all stained and of poor quality . The rooms were luxurious with charming common areas to sit in. Being an old Haveli, it is situated in the bylanes of the busy Johari market and was a peaceful haven from the chaos outside. They operate an e-rickshaw to drop and pick up guests from the main road, the tuktuk drivers were very helpful with ensuring we got into our cabs. A beautifully restored property with charm and grace, the Padmaa was an unforgettable experience! The staff make it truly outstanding! "

Room was unbelievably spacious with a sit out and balcony - both were fantastic for nights after running around Jaipur. Bed was very comfortable as well.
Restaurant was excellent - so much food and so good. So good. We wound up eating at hotel every night. Breakfast was also wonderful. Watermelon juice and poha were yummy. Great selection of items to choose from.
