Super Chedraui Selecto Avenida 10

We were told that the room would be ready by 2 PM. Upon arrival we were told that the room will be ready by 3 PM and if we wanted to check in early, it would be $500. We booked two queen room, but got one king and a sofa bed. There were a couple of instances that weren’t favorable. We’ve asked repeatedly to restock our mini fridge with bottles of water or when we went to restaurant my glass weren’t refilled with water. We’ve also requested a comforter as sofa bed did not come with extra comforter this had to be asked again, they also offered Butler service and that service was nonexistent. We arrived after 12 noon. The pool staff was really fun and many of the servers and waiters were nice.

Arrived early, could not receive room until 4:00 due to the fact that it was still being cleaned, after receiving room we found stained bed sheets, a dead bug on the bed, and must’ve been the previous guests hair in the shower, notified staff and they came up for an entire reclean as we stood there and waited, the next day we entered our room at 4:30 after leaving it at 10am to go to the pool and came back to it not being cleaned and stood there as cleaners came up, this resort is not to kids friendly as there is not much for the kids to do the only great thing about this resort is that the steak house and Chinese restaurant were great, personally would not go back, as we’ve been to many other resorts and have not had these issues
