"It appears the hotel may have recently changed hands so this may not be fair. It was the least expensive room we had during our stay in Korea so I guess we got what we paid for but I looked and saw they are charging almost double for the same room in November - I would not stay there for that rate or again even at the cheaper rate. The bathroom was clean but the general appearance of the room was not clean. The sheets had stains on them, the walls had several markings on them, looked very dirty....

Hotel was easy to locate and was a short walk to local amenities such as a large supermarket, underground train station and a lovely river to walk along. The few times ive interacted with staff they have been professional, kind and helpful especially the cleaning staff who would always say hello. Stayed here for 3 nights. I got the VIP room with the massage chair. It was heaven after a long day of exploring Seoul! I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The location was okay, it had a very local vibe but the station was not good for big luggage due to the stairs in the station. I couldn't find the station elevator when I arrived. Some reviews said Exit 5 but actually the elevator is between Exit 5 and 4 so you might miss it like I did. Also it's on Line 1 so...

We stayed in the quad family room with sky lounge access and it was wonderful. Everything was perfect but the age limit to access the lounge after 4.30pm was not very convenient for the youngest member of the family. We don’t usually get back till 6pm after a day out and therefore she never had the experience of it. She’s 15 and not a baby and if accompanied by an adult I don’t see what the problem is. However overall the room was ample and everything else is very good
