"It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing place to stay in Myeongdong. Close to metro line, high end shopping, food carts, lots of beauty stores. Everything is walkable. The hotel is incredible. Staff, rooms, buffet, executive lounge. We had an amazing time and stay. Will stay again!"

Everything was spotless, relaxing, and very well organized. Overall, The Shilla delivered an exceptional experience in every way — from the rooms and beds to the staff, amenities, and facilities. "The hotel was perfect, it was not amenities that we are used to in the United States, but it was perfectly lovely and a great place to stay. They did not have smart TVs and you could not use your room charge at the restaurant, but wonderful location and everything else was wonderful."
