"I wasn't entirely sure about this place given the lack of information, but I'm glad we ended up camping here. I opted for the new glamping tents which were fantastic! "We stayed in the business room, the room was spacious with a separate living area with sofabed, dining table 4 chairs, a work desk. There is a separate kitchen area with microwave and electric gas. The bathroom is on the smaller side and no amenities. We were refused amenities by one of front staff but provided later on by another staff! The breakfast is very nice, with fresh smoothies and enough variety. Everything is replinished and nothing runs out. The staff are generally friendly and try to be helpful. Just one person was a bit difficult at the front desk. The gym is decent size & has all you need. Location is a short walk to the main city centre but atop a slightly elevated walk. Similarly story for the tram station, so bear that in mind when planning journey. Free coffee/tea in the lounge so helpful when you have a long day out. Very good stay overall."
