The room was clean and had everything needed. Quick walk from the central train station. Check in and acres to nearby things was easy. There’s a grocery store right at the front door which is great. One night the shower didn’t get hot/ was tepid, but the next night it was hot. The room was well worth the cost and I’d stay there again.

Close to centre but derelict area

Over weekend it was difficult to resolve issues with some things in the apartment (we had to wait until Monday but we left Monday). Shower hot water, soft furnishings not available as per photos and security presence not often experienced at hotel.

Was ok, room smaller than expected. A lot of noices from some kind of machine/device during the night in my room. The door to the bathroom needs to be oiled, makes noice when moved. No shampoo in the bathroom had to buy it myself.

Women watch out, sketchy men!

The hotel itself was cosy with no noise. Great room BUT be warned if you are a woman, this area is very sketchy and we did not feel safe to leave the apartment once it was dark outside. Groups of young men loitered around outside and make comments/give weird stares. We wish we would have known about this before booking as safety is a top priority for us and we had to rearrange our plans to ensure we would not be out at dark. We also had to do detours to get back to avoid particulate seedy areas like the closest park.

We stayed for two days. Both nights were horrible, lot of noise all night, could not sleep. US visitors please stay away from this location, unsafe area. No air conditioning and very tight space for two people. Spend extra$ and go to a hotel.

Mini studio was nothing like the photos appearing on the website, very digitalised and far from reality. Stuffy dusty smell, very very dark, all inside was brown/black Including the curtains, with dim lighting I didn’t stay, I booked myself into a nearby hotel. Smelled of dust and something else I could not put my fingers on. I was travelling alone and I’d dint feel safe or comfortable staying there

Close to town centre with train station under 10 mins walk away. Room was clean and tidy however the bed and kitchen island were within a metre of each other so much smaller than appeared in photos. No room for a settee just barstools. There are different room sizes so be sure you are aware of which size you have booked. En-suite had underfloor heating which was a welcome feature.

Great - once you get inside!

Links to provide guest information didn't work. Asked customer service to input, else no entry code. They say they did, but didn't upload properly. So I sat outside in -7C degrees for 1.5 hours trying to get customer service to tell me the problem and let me in. Claus couldn't even find my booking, asking me repeatedly for the same information. No apologies, appalling service then cut me off! In 1 min, Annika saw the issue, added the details and got me the code. Lovely once inside but the pre-stay and poor Comms really let it down.

We were a group of 3 friends and had reserved a room with 4 twin beds. The apartment was fine as a place to sleep but there was nothing comfy or homey about it. It did not have a couch, rather two beanbags to sit on. (Remember it was a 4-person room.). There were two beds in each of two separate tiny bedrooms. The bedrooms had glass walls so there was no privacy while sleeping. Why not have opaque walls? It is easy to do that, and most people prefer opaque walls for sleeping in. At one point an alarm started beeping under the sink. After 30 minutes trying to figure out what it was, I called customer service and was told it was a common problem with this apartment and there was a set of instructions to deactivate it. How about fixing the problem rather than waiting for guests to experience this and deal with it themselves? Also, if this is happening all the time, we should have at minimum been warned about it in advance.

The sheets and towels were clean, wifi was good, But there was a hair ball from a previous occupant stuck on the shower wall, the pillows smelled of greasy hair/sweat (I used the second duvet as a pillow instead) The room was small, I booked one with a balcony so it was ok for 1 person/ short stay There is no customer care I reported the extractor fan in the bathroom, and main room temperature controls weren’t working The response was open the window (Windows don’t open, leaving the patio door open meant a group of flies in the room each evening) The fire alarm went off twice one morning (08:55 & 09:05) There was no check or communication about it being safe/ no fire etc Large group of male guest drinking and smoking at the front of the building in the evenings were irritating to try and navigate through Smell of weed in lift lobby Nothing major but I’ve stayed nicer places/other forenoms and had higher expectations (The reviews on Expedia are bizarrely much higher than those on google)

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr praktisch, sehr klein, aber alles da; Betten sehr gut-sehr gute Klimaanlage! Der Bodenbelag sieht schmutzig aus, ist er aber nicht. Der Balkon ist für Raucher sehr praktisch. Check-in und -out und Einlass funktioniert alles digital, aber es ist stundenweise auch ein Mensch an der Rezeption. Telefonische Hilfestellung klappt super; ein Gast brauchte Hilfe! Es ist ein Gepäckraum vorhanden, vorher und nachher! Die Lage ist nicht so schön, aber sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Preis - Leistung top - nächstes Mal wieder dort!

Room was ok for short stay. Everything worked & was clean. Softer chair cushions/ would be nice. Decor a bit dark for small room . But on the whole suitable for a short stay & a balcony. Felt a bit uneasy out localy, particularly around back of bus station & immediately side streets, few drug deals happening etc. But short walk to harbour area.

Very convenient location near the central station and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Desk clerk was nice and quite helpful. Quite satisfactory kitchen and the balcony was a bonus. A few sachets of coffee andtea maybe a small milk in the fridge would have been helpful. There was a dishwasher but with only minimal crockery they should supply a tea towel

All we t great. Ea check in and check out. Felt very safe. Many stores, restaurants, and the center of town in walking distance. Wifi and TV had pretty good Smart TV. Had Non problem. The apartment was well equipped It was perfect for me 😁
