"Everything was great. The Public Bath on the 13th floor was the main reason I booked and it did not disappoint. The only two things (and I’m American so Japanese wouldn’t mind these) was the pillow (Japanese style, so my neck was very stiff the next day) and the fact that the AC is not controlled in the room (I believe it is centrally controlled throughout the hotel). I prefer colder than “normal” temps when I sleep. I would, even with that, stay there again!"

"Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well."

"I did not like that Expedia and Swissotel did not communicate with each other. I booked on Expedia for two adults and two children and specifically selected a larger room with a king size and sofa bed to accommodate the four of us. Despite the high nightly rate I felt it was worth it to comfortably accommodate our family. This booking was to also include breakfast. Upon checkin the friendly Swissotel staff informed me that if I wanted the sofa bed set up as a bed with linens and pillows there...
