The room was absolutely delightful. The shower room & bathroom were spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water. The tea tray also had a couple of packets of biscuits. I liked the fact that I could switch the radiator off at night. The window also opened. The bed was comfortable. I will return.

We battled the snow for a stay here and were so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful with all the wooden beams and real log fires and our bedroom was a really good size. Both dinner and breakfast were yummy and my husband even had a treatment in the spa which he enjoyed. My only criticism would be the lack of music. Other than the airman’s bar the whole building was in silence I think some light background music would have been nice and added some atmosphere. I understand a lot of your guests...

Great room And very good food

We wanted to get away for the night before New Year's Eve so, after some research, booked one night's stay at The White Hart. We were not disappointed. After checking in we were shown to our room (in the adjacent building) and given an explanation of where things were etc. The room had a 4 poster bed, which was extremely comfortable, and an ensuite wet room with shower. This hotel is for chillers only. Just relax and forget all your worries. Fantastic food, great staff, top class facility. BUT; dont have a 2nd floor room when it's the hottest weekend of the year. Not that you'll know when you book but it was just too hot. No air conditioning just a small noisy fan so took the edge off the chill factor! However, its was a fantastic base to explore west Suffolk. Do try it.......

Clean and comfortable room, perfect for my 1 night stay.

Charming, centuries old country pub with not a straight beam in the place. Our room was large, characterful, spotless and comfortable. Decent pub grub delivered with especially warm and friendly service.

A pleasant, comfortable and clean place to stay, but would have liked to see more healthy options, (e.g. salads) on the dinner menu. Gym modern and good size for a hotel.

We love this hotel, it’s really world class. Beautifully decorated, amazing staff, we are always so well looked after. The location is fantastic and our room had a lovely view over Parker’s Piece.

Lovely spacious room. Very well appointed and planned. Hair drier good as were sockets all round the room. Felt self as a lone traveller.

The hotel was fantastic for the price. Staff were all really helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t empty the bath as there was no plug release! Also the hairdryers need replacing. They are the old fashioned ones fixed into the drawer and it only worked for about 30 seconds before cutting out. Free and ample parking.

Very friendly staff , gorgeous room with huge comfy bed! Mineral water ,luxury soap etc and hot chocolate for the kids!! Lovely breakfast and wonderful service ! The best thing was our little dog was welcome too in the hotel and the pub. Great location as it makes a nice stop when visiting center parcs especially if your bringing your doggy friend ! This is a very comfortable hotel, with polite staff, and the whole location was well maintained and clean. Service was always good and the breakfast was excellent each morning we stayed. The location itself is a few minutes walk from the centre of Cambridge and all the local attractions there making them easily accessible. We arrived a little early but the staff gave us recommendations as to where we could go to get lunch and a drink in Cambridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful
