Abacus Tierpark Hotel Berlin

10/10 Excellent

"The property appeared very well taken care of. The staff was friendly and communicated with me very well in English. They had no obligation to do so, but they did it for me. I appreciate that above all else. There were other amenities at the property such as a gym and a sauna that I had no use for since my health is not appropriate for such activities. However, knowing that you can eat, work out, relax in a sauna and then go back to the room for a very nice shower in a very nice bathroom, in the same building is something worth considering. The room was very clean and the subway station is about 2 minutes walking distance. Very convenient if you are busy. There is a grocery store right by the subway station and a couple of restaurants that serve fresh food if you prefer something different. I would definitely return to the same hotel if I ever go back. I am very thankful to the staff."

"Very well placed near Alexanderplatz and handy for access to underground system and s-line to and from the airport. Lots of activity nearby and good restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to all Berlin’s centre attractions. Hotel itself very good value. Compact but adequate and very clean room. Breakfast basic and busy at peak times but part of the good value."

"The hotel is in a wonderful location. Its very nice and quiet, and the tram line and U'ban and S'ban, are also just outside the hotel, with easy access to town centre and other places. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Food options are many, with several restaurants on site and there are a few supermarkets next to the hotel and a Burger King across the road, so all in all, a great place. We had a a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back soon."
