"The Fairfield was very pleasant! The room and grounds were immaculate! All the staff was so nice. I was using a walker, and everyone was so helpful and Cameron at the front desk went above and beyond for me. He made my walker higher, he went to my room with me to get my forgotten belongings, explained to me about the Marriot club and it was such a pleasure signing up. This property is great for families. They have a pool for kids, and a workout center for adults. The breakfast was excellent! The checkout time gives a little more time, if you need it. It was quiet and enjoyable. I definitely will recommend the Fairfield!"

"Lithia springs is the best hotel in all of Ashland. I love the rooms with the individual tubs and the beds are super cozy and comfy. The fireplaces are really nice touch and they love that they have laundry facilities and an ice machine, the gardens are gorgeous I love the waterfall, and I love the pool. It's a very relaxing spot and the overall vibe of the place is very welcoming and nourishing. Very different from their neighbors next door plus the water feels different and better. Easy parking friendly staff and I love the amenities"

"2nd time at hotel… we stay 1 night on drive to Palm Springs…and back. We like that has full smaller stove and oven to prepare simple meal. Staff always courteous and professional.. the reason for four star versus five is that the road noise is quite noticeable inside the rooms. But comfortable beds linens cleanliness is great. Overall satisfied would stay again."
