"Sea view from my room"

"Clean and comfy room, and a nice bar area. Given it's an out-of-town hotel with plenty of space, the parking charges are very high. There are car chargers however, which was very handy."

"This is a difficult review. The owners have only recently taken over and are working hard to improve things. The place is very tired in places, needing repairs and redecorating. The staff were lovely, the food was very good, the bed was nice, clean and comfortable.....but there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was dirty."

"We didn't get the type of room we paid for and the mattress was beyond uncomfortable, had a very thin duvet and only 2 very thin pillows. Spoke to reception the following morning and were moved immediately. Next room was more like what we were expecting. Mattress still uncomfortable where you could feel the springs, duvet & pillows were the same as other room. Shower head wasn't working properly, spoke to reception and to be fair she had it changed whilst we were out getting breakfast."

"Really friendly staff but my room was shabby with marked, stained and ripped wallpaper. It was located at the front of the property with a lot of late night noise and light from the main road. I see many other 10/10 reviews but can not say they reflected the room I was given. The room was clean, however."
