"Wow! What a hotel, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left, everything was superb. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them, greeting you at the door and collecting your luggage, parking your car, a hello and a smile from everyone you met. Our room was excellent, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a loo that lifted its own lid and had a heated seat, which my wife thought was wonderful! The restaurant we had dinner in, Fletchers, was excellent. The food was cooked and presented beautifully. Breakfast again was excellent, all local produce cooked to perfection. We had an afternoon in the Spa which was great, well equipped with pools, saunas, Jacuzzi and even a snow room for the brave! For a treat we enjoyed a full body massage each from two well trained masseur’s which we thoroughly enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully manicured and clean with plenty of room for a walk among the 30 acres of grounds. This is a hotel we will definitely return too in the future."

"We had room 151 which was ideal for our needs and had 2 comfortable beds with clean linen. We enjoyed a drink in the bar which was staffed and friendly. "

"Room and general service were fine. No available choice of granary/wholemeal bread (or brown rolls) for breakfast. Just croissants, pastries, or white sliced bread. "

"Had a nice night stay when visiting the theatre, fantastic location only a 3 minute walk from the Alabhama, nice clean room,hot water for bath and nice food from the bar. Reception staff very pleasant also."
