"On checkin, room keys didn’t work. Had to leave husband on 5th floor with luggage and get new keys. Was double charged for the room!!! Had to go back and get that straightened out. No restaurant, even though they said it would be open."

"It was a great room! Nice and spacious.. It was just what we needed with lots of room for special needs. The check in staff was so polite and we felt like we were at home! The only issue was the glass sliding door was too hard to open and close.. Hope to stay with you again!!! Thanks!"
