"Our bathroom door was broke and wouldn’t close. The beds were hard. The extra chair had half the covet on and it was nasty. We were safe and the staff was friendly. Just a few things that needs to be addressed "

"Our stay at was terrible. Our room had a horrible smell and did not look like it had been cleaned. There were used sheets on the foldout bed that we planned to use for our son. I went to ask for clean sheets, a blanket and extra pillow for him. They were only able to give us a new blanket. The hotel was full but it seems like clean sheets should be the minimum. We booked for 2 nights but ended up checking out a day early because the smell was bothering my husband's asthma. We ended up booking a room at another hotel for the 2nd night and just took a loss on the money. "

"Of course, the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been, but i was just in town for work and needed a place to sleep, so i wasn’t picky. There was a stain on the bed when i first got in and the front desk was notified, not only that, i took a picture on my phone to show them the stain and requested new sheets. waited 3 hours for the sheets and no one ever came. eventually fell asleep on the chair. before check out, notified front desk again about the stain and he understood and apologized for it but nothing was done to fix it. Lastly, i still got charged for the stain even after someone was notified about it. So i guess needless to say, i will not return to this establishment."

"My first room was on the first floor and was so noisy. I could hear delivery trucks every morning starting at 4:00am. The lock to my door was broken and the toilet lid was also broken. After two nights, I asked to be moved and thankfully they moved me to the third floor. It was much quieter. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable."

"Room was unclean, sheets were stained. The floors were sticky there was spills that were dried all over the floor. There was sticky mess on the curtains and the curtains wouldn’t close. Shower was unclean. Hotel is outdated"

"The minute we walked in the room there was a smell that was not pleasing. We did not stay in the room. The staff was nice and did not say anything. She said that she could not give us back the money for that night but she will refund the money for the second night."
