"This was a last minute trip to get away. Stayed 5 nights in unit 102. What we liked: literally right across the street from the beach. Also right across the street from The Oceanic - a good seafood restaurant on the piers with outside pier seating as well as inside. The room was very nice and comfortable. Small living room with a pull out sofa and chair. The small kitchen area was functional and had everything we needed. Be aware you have to do your own dishes as there is not a dishwasher. Bedroom was comfortable and the deck was very nice to have morning coffee or evening drinks. They even have a fully stocked Kurig coffee machine. Only cons: need to move the chair to be able to use to watch TV. Also water is poor quality taste, but we brought our own Britta pitcher which solved that. All in all we highly recommend this and will be back!!"

"I think they are focused more on look of the front property and entrance rather than the rooms and the amenities for the guest there is no blow dryer or any extras of anything. If you needed towels they made you go down to the front desk for when it cost they should’ve been a little more focused on the guest. My light above sink didn’t work. They didn’t seem to care. The jacuzzi was not turned on. Pool is very nice and clean. However there are no towels for the pool. The ones they had were in the basket for days and didn’t look clean"

"The grassy courtyard area was lovely! We enjoyed spending time chatting and enjoying the scenery. The rooms were lovely as well! My bed was very comfortable but there needs to a few thinner profile pillows for people who have neck issues. The bathroom was clean, but the sulfur smell from the well water was very severe in the morning. It would lessen when we ran the water for a little time. My big complaints is that we had to pay for 2 chairs and an umbrella, which I think is unacceptable when we are paying such high prices to stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, this nickel and diming lessened my love of the Trailborn."
