"The people that run the lodge were so helpful! We were going to be later coming in and had to leave early the next morning so we werenโ€™t going to be able to visit the shops and I was really disappointed because I wanted an Ocracoke souvenir - the wonderful woman working that day arranged for someone from a local shop to work with me to choose a coffee cup via text pictures and the coffee cup was delivered to our room and was waiting for us when we arrived- just amazing personal service!!! The lodge was so cute and quaint and there were even real keys to open the hotel room door! So charming! Would stay here again!"
