HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room. "Hotel was clean, comfy and modern. Local transport was good, bus station right outside to take you to a metro station 5 mins away (20 mins walk) that takes you straight to Munich city centre. If you get the train from Munich Airport, it’s around a 20 minute walk from the nearest train station with no bus connection "
