"No elevator, no manned reception most of the time, bar and restaurant closed early so no food alternatives when I arrived, had to go to the neighbour hotel. Very poor selection in the self service shop. No elevator, and I lived upstairs. The crew was nice when they were there. It is the sum of everything else that is poor. "
