"We stayed two night for the Bruno Mars concert because of the convenience to the stadium. For the first night, the cost was close to $600. We ran into a few issues. One, the room was not cleaned after our first night, so when we came back to relax in the evening, we had to wait for a half hour for the housekeeper to clean. The second day, the pool was closed. The sign said it was because of a regular maintenance. When I talked to the front desk stating I wish I knew ahead of time of my booking, because that was the one thing I was looking forward to that day. They told me it was an unplanned closure, contrary to what the sign said. When I got home, I noticed they overcharged me for food and parking, I called to clarified that both charges were mistakes, they said they’d look into it and would get back to me. I had to debate with them. Because of these reasons, I would not recommend the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale & Spa. "

"You know being one of the less expensive hotels in the area make sure are in a perfect spot. Super easy, super fast in the stadium surrounded by tons of better fast food food chains. There’s a gas station on the corner. They share the parking lot with Denny’s and Culver’s you really can’t go wrong staying here"
