Nice place to stay clean my room was very clean smelled good no problems at all the lobby had a pool table a janga game a bar a big connect four staff was really nice . There is a pool and plenty of seating a fire pit I was with my wife and daughter and we had a really nice time at aloft will stay there again

The rooms were fine but our room had a horrible sewer smell. We smelt it as soon as we walked in. Also because the area is in an entertainment district be aware of the loud parties / people in hallways late at night / early morning.

This was in a great location for dining at Westgate & walking to concert at Stare Farm. Staff was friendly on check-in. We wanted to use the safe on our room & it was locked. Called the desk a few times. They couldn’t find manager then finally said someone would be up in 10-15 minutes. Nobody ever came & there was different staff at the front desk when we went down. We only had a few hours there before concert so we’re bummed to waste over an hour for someone that never came. Other than that it was great.
