"Everything was great - from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Professional, courteous staff that was very accomodating. The room was very clean, the A/C worked fine - the shower pressure was perfect. Ray - the manager was very helpful getting my cell phone back for me after I left it in my Uber. Ray contacted Uber and got my phone returned to me within 2 hours. Amazing location in the Gaslamp section of San Diego."

"Was all good other than being disappointed for not really feeling welcomed or get the perks as a VIP member of Orbitz. I showed them my VIP membership and asked for a complementary late checkout and got an extra hour. No mention of other complementary service or drinks, nothing. I had to comeback to ask and that was for drinks.. no mention on room upgrades.. in my previous experience with other hotels they were considerate enough to go through the details and telling us about each and every complementary services that you get as an Orbitz VIP member"

"Stayed one night for a conference at a near by school. Nice hotel, reception staff is excellent, both during check in and check out. Room is nice and clean, breakfast is very good. Overall comfortable stay."

"The room was terrible! The bed had stains on it the sheets looked dirty! There was towels in my room that were really dirty that smelled like they hadn't been washed!! Don't stay here it is disgusting!!!"
