"Reservation on a Wednesday arrived LATE NIGHT. Disaster. No AC in lobby. My first clue. Also, No AC in Room. Staff said no other rooms available. Yet parkn lot was not full. Hmmm. Left immediately & fortunately was able to later reboard the circuit 24hr airport hotel shuttle to LaQuinta. Was UNABLE to confirm refund until mgr arrived later next day. (Expedia unable to reach biz & resolve saying I WOULD have to pay...according to original contract...) False advertising. Gonna need AC in Hou."

"When i checked into my room it was very hot and it was hair in the bathroom on the floor in the sink in the tub and on the wall in the tub area i made desk aware nothing was done"

"This hotel is very, very tired.It needs a huge refresh. I usually stay at a different place but decided to give this one a shot because it also had the airport shuttle that I often need when i'm in houston. When I arrived at the hotel , it appears that expedia had canceled my reservation and had also canceled reservations made by other people. Not sure why this happened , but I have put a report in to find out. I don't think it was the hotel's fault , but this did happen."
