The coffee machine facilities were kept impeccably clean also, everything was wonderfully neat. The hotel itself did look a little dated/ tired, but the service and cleanliness of the room were brilliant. I would stay here again."

"Had a great, short stay in the Hilton Leeds City. It was perfect for attending the football, as the Matchday buses to the ground were right across the road. We were upgraded on arrival, and Sachin made the experience very personal as he contacted us by text message within an hour of arrival to ensure everything was good for us. Common areas very modern, would definitely recommend. "
