Wonderful location and excellent hosts. Room was spotless with a fantastic view and a delicious breakfast. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

The property is excellent, very modern, clean and well presented. The hosts Lesley and Sam pay attention to detail from the bedrooms to the excellent breakfast. The view from the property is to die for, a must for any traveller to St Ives.
