"The property is brand new, with clean, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms. The amenities are excellent, and the continental breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Newhall’s bars and restaurants."

"We booked a terrace room to have access to a small balcony but the sliding glass door leading to the terrace was almost impossible to open (between the heavy weight of the door and the gunk in the bottom rails); the hotel engineer was called and while he indicated that he can clean and lubricate the rails, it would not likely change how hard it would be to open/close the door. We had thought that a Hyatt stay would be an unforgettable experience, it is for the wrong reasons. We were also not reimbursed for NOT having a terrace room."

"The made-to-order omelet bar was amazing! Also loved the free happy-hour, hot tub & pool were great & room was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would make people aware of is that the beds in the double room are tiny! They feel only a bit wider than twins, definitely nothing close to a queen. If you are planning on 2 people sharing the beds as we were, it will be a very tight squeeze. Otherwise fantastic stay! "
