"nice location, service was good till Mr Bilal was there , after he left on some trek it was bad !! staff were greedy for tips etc !! "The Chinar open garden Restaurant was my worst experience ever. In the evening its very cold in Srinagar and i was with my 5 year old Daughter and 11 Month old Son, I asked for Indore dining but they denied and said we have only this Operational. "Everything was great, but I had to make some changes to my reservation and I was charged a penalty fee which I think I shouldn't of payed. As I stayed at their hotels (Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg) for the rest vacation. "Quite old hotel and not renovated properly. We could easily found cockroaches in bathroom, bathroom were so old and dirty. Lobby area was good and hotel location is good.
