Staff were honest and well behaved.
Whenever we needed anything,they would come and attend.
Things not satisfactory:
Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you.
There is no lift .
The complementary breakfast and food available is extremely limited,don't go by the extensive printed menu available in the room.
The hotel would not provide any water,tea/coffee sachets unless it was asked for every...

In fact the rates of this hotel are as per four star hotel but its surprising that they do not provide even breakfast. We had to suffer because of it.
