"I was in Nottingham for just 16 hours and so I needed a hotel centrally located and “decent” which is why I chose a chain and the Regency BW Signature sounded very posh, however whilst the room and towels etc were clean, the floor I was on was under renovation and my biggest frustration was the shower. It was broken and was not fit for purpose. Which for over £100 should be standard. I reported the issue on checkout but I was offered nothing other than an apology and that it would be fixed for the next guest. "

The net curtains were discolored at the base, The furniture and shower were tired and somewhat tatty. The position of the wall mounted TV reveled the room was not really fit for purpose as a hotel room."
