"I got sick from the red potatoes I ate at the Hotel. I tasted them all day and then eventually threw them up. It ruin my whole day as a tourist in Nashville. In addition, the following day I choose to eat yogurt and it was not cold. In other words, it was being served at room temperature which was not good!"

"When I arrived I was informed the pool was being repaired. Had I known that prior to booking, I would have made other arrangements. I requested maid service on day two of three which never occurred. There’s a weird mini fridge vs the standard hotel fridge and no ice machine available besides the bar. I love the fact they renovated this property, but a few kinks can be worked out."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is welcoming, clean, and minimalistic, with a modern feel. Our room was perfectly clean. And the hotel was so quiet, I wondered if anyone else was staying there. Each staff member we met was so nice and friendly. Our floor lamp was broken at the base, so I called to let the front desk know. In a matter of minutes the staff was there replacing the lamp. The location is fabulous too. I’m not “cheap”, but I’m not paying Gaylord Opryland prices, but the rates and location is perfect and the distance to restaurants and the Opry area is great. I can’t comment about breakfast because we didn’t eat there. The beds were comfortable also! The only recommendation I would make is thicker pillows. I know not everyone loves them, but I appreciate a good thick pillow! I would definitely stay again!"

"The location was great and the staff were helpful. Instructions to enter the building/receive keys were not accurate, but once I called the helpline, someone helped instantly. I was unable to access the gym, but the other amenities were in great shape. The lobby was quite messy at night, but the cleaning crew cleaned it first thing Monday morning. There’s a space where you can grab extra towels & toiletries at ease, so that was very helpful."

"The attached parking garage was a real asset, not just convenient, but a model that ALL inner city hotel locations ought to emulate. Also, the breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of selections and displayed / organized in an efficient manner that allowed everyone to serve up their own breakfast entre without crowding. There were two things I found to be out of sync with the hotel's brand. The bathroom towels were substandard. They were small, especially the bath size towel, and rather thin. The bars of soap were also laughable. These two elements seemed "cheap" and not up to the quality of every other amenity. We had a wonderful time in Nashville. I have already recommended this property to many friends."
