"Clean rooms, excellent service & great hotel location. "

"The rooms had been updated because it all looked very fresh esp. the bathroom. It had a cute guitar shaped pool but the pool deck needs resurfacing. The breakfast was good. Nice variety and the food was hot. We didn't have any interaction from staff, other than checking in and out. It pretty much had everything we needed. The only bad thing was the construction of a new stadium going on across the street. Only one entrance to hotel lot because everything was blocked off. We did not hear any noise from our room. About mile from Broadway. It is walkable via a walking bridge. Took me about 20 minutes. All in all it was good. "

"The ac/heat kept resetting. Not efficient but worked well when it was running where we set it. Lol. Took forever to heat up water and the water pressure was awful. I appreciated the effort of preparing breakfast. It was better than most hotel buffets. The daytime woman at the reception desk was soso, evening gentleman super friendly. Loved his hat. "

"Really cute design. Front desk staff were nice. Towel in the bathroom was dirty and had not been changed, with a lot of very obvious makeup on them from a previous guest, pretty gross, but there were lots of towels and I was only there a night so I didn't say anything and just avoided the dirty one. The listing makes it look like there's a gym but there isn't. Apparently they give a pass for one "down the street", but did not want to leave the building in gym clothes so that was a disappointment. The sparse room and concrete ceilings meant that I could hear every move of the cleaning staff in the rooms above me and it was LOUD. No mini fridge. Basically cute design and concept but could use some upgrades and more attention to cleanliness."

Very outdated furniture and carpeting We did not feel that it was clean because it was so old Bathroom caulking was poorly administered Did not receive extra cups even after we used them Poor towel quality I believe there are much nicer hotels in Nashville for a similar price and it wasn’t cheap Language barrier made it trying to understand front desk staff Will never stay there again or any other Comfort Inn because of our unhappy stay"
