"It was terrible from the get go. The AC squealed so loud it felt like you were on a tarmac waiting on a plane to take off. We had a sound machine for our toddler and when turned on at full volume, you still couldn’t hear it over the AC squeal. It made it worse that the AC couldn’t actually get it cool. We were sweating so much none of us had a single blanket or sheet on us. You could feel every spring of the mattress which created a lot of discomfort when trying to sleep. The pillows were in terrible shape as well and you needed about four of them to finally feel like your head wasn’t laying straight on the mattress. We finally gave up around one o’clock and packed all the kids in the car and made our way to the Holiday Inn which was night and day different. "

Com and Hilton have been. I was not asking for a refund, but a credit to use for another time. You both should be ashamed of yourself. I will NEVER use your services again and I will NEVER stop talking about this company negatively. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!"
