"Clean room."

"We selected this property based off of a great view and having a pool. The view was great but they failed to mention that the pool was closed for renovations, I understand that renovations need to happen but it would have been nice of them to mention that before I booked. The coffee machine in the room was so dirty it was unusable. There is no sound proofing at all in the building. From the yelling all night from whatever team was staying there in the adjacent rooms, to being woken up by the cleaning staff ramming a vacuum cleaner into the furniture in the above room. Overall a terrible experience and it ruined my entire stay. There are many more hotels on the waterfront in Windsor, I can’t imagine any of them not being better. 0 stars would have been given if it were possible. "

"The hotel is located in a good place. The only concern is the continental breakfast. Well, it was present but the choice was not really big."

"Beautiful hotel, great location. Had a very nice dinner and excellent breakfast in therestaurant. Room was mostly quiet. Excellent bed (king room corner). Super friendly staff in all areas. Love the atrium. Pool looked nice but didn't get a chance to use. Extremely clean room and all common areas. Will be back!"

"They had lots of great activities for the kids and the staff were great. We unfortunately, had a room in a stairwell and this made sleeping next to impossible. Not sure why they planned on putting a room in a stairwell, but not ideal whatsoever. Each time someone opened the stairwell door, it sounded like someone was trying to come into our room."
