The hotel would have been perfect if there had been any hot water available from the bathroom sink in the evening to wash my hands and face. And on a cold winter morning, I would have preferred a warm shower to the frigid shower that was available. I was also very surprised that, when I checked out in the morning, the person at reception did not seem phased nor sympathetic when I told her that there was no hot water at any time of the day in our hotel room. It seemed as if she hears this news all the time. "
