"Very nice place to stay in Pittsburgh "

"Nice staff."

"So we stayed for a hockey game. It took 2 hours from the time we entered parking line for valet until we were in the room. No rooms were available before 4. We missed the burg inning of the penguin game. The lines were unreal. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Lines for elevators were long. And restaurant did not have space. We have stayed here before without issue. But hundreds of people in the lobby either without rooms ready or waiting 1-2 hours to check in is simply not acceptable "

"great place to stay in east liberty! close to target and trader joe’s and whole foods, with shopping and restaurants. the hotel is beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming. the room was really clean, and we were treated really well. we’re definitely coming back"

"My stay was very quiet, the room looked very clean except for the bathroom, a few of the ceiling tile badly stained from water damage, the shower walls and floor needed a good hot soapy cleaner with bleach to clean the soap scum. The property needs to be kept up a little TLC, by having the front swept at all times. This would possibly improve their ratings. "
