It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional, which really made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the views of the city were a nice bonus. I also appreciated how quiet the room was at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re visiting downtown Pittsburgh. Between the convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, I would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms were not ready for check in by 4:00. There were hundreds of guests sitting throughout the lobby. Told everyone they would text us when our room was ready and nobody ever got a message. Finally was able to check in after the game we attended. When I asked how we could get reimbursed for their late check in, the employee stated “we haven’t really been charging for late check outs”. "

"My family was in to see off Broadway production of Chicago at Benedum. The room was very comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating regarding anything that we needed. We will most certainly stay here again."

"Airport shuttle via Globe airport parking was great. On time, quick transfer to the airport. Driver gave helpful information about the new airport. Note that there is an extra fee to leave your car at the LaQuinta parking lot."

"Poor management or communication within hotel. Called 5x regarding missing items and had no phone call back regarding if it was found or not. Had to pay to park in hotel lot, parked and car was broken into overnight. Was told 2 different things from employees. No help was given regarding the theft and no follow up from hotel. They just continued to note that it was not “on them”. Still have not received a phone call regarding issues "
