"Check-in was easy and smooth. We came for a baseball game and were within walking distance to the ball park. The room was clean with a view of the river and city. The hotel bar was a great spot to grab a drink before the game and after the game. We were very much appreciated the coffee shop in the lobby. There were so many things within walking distance of the hotel to explore which made our trip so much better we never had to move our car once it was parked. Definitely make sure to check out the pool, it has an amazing view also. The only issue we had was after we checked out we noticed on our emailed receipt that we were charged for valet which we did not use, we parked in a parking garage nearby. I contacted the hotel and they took care of the mistake quickly, they apologized and refunded the charge. Overall it was an amazing trip and we will stay here again."

"The hotel and rooms were great. Food was what you pay for. Nothing extravagant. Disappointed with the casino and not allowing children in even though parents would be with them, and not able to make use of the restaurants. I even asked if my child could be escorted through with us by security and were not allowed."
