"Original room was disgusting. The walls and sheets were covered in stains and scuff marks, the bathtub was filled with hair and the provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner were half empty. After speaking to staff we were moved to a different room. The walls were still dirty and there was a stain by the tv but the other issues seemed to be resolved in this new room."

"Our room (516) had a couple of funky odors. The main room smelled as if a pet had had an accident that was not properly cleaned and the bathroom smelled as if maybe it needed a shower curtain change or maybe new grout. Like the smell was more than a good cleaning could cure. It would have been a great room if not for that. The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly! We used the pool and it was ok. The pool table needs a couple new cues but we still enjoyed it. We planned to use the workout center but ended up not so can’t comment on that and breakfast was better than I thought it might be. More choices than I expected and not just the run of the mill hotel breakfast options. "
