"The room was adequate enough except for the faucet in the sink near the bathroom. Faucet needed repair. The sink doesn't empty slow because the stopper is not opening enough for the water to go down the drain."

"Staff was friendly but the hotel/room itself could use some work. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner & while we booked a smaller room, if the layout of the furniture were different, there would’ve been a lot more space - felt claustrophobic. Only one elevator that if you were going down, you couldn’t go on if it was going up which took forever. To add, we self parked instead of using valet (valet was more expensive but parked in the same lot we could self park in) but they failed to warn us that the garage we used to park, would be CLOSED for the marathon. We almost had to sit in the garage until the race was over (checkout was 11, race was over at 1) until a very kind garage worker let us out. Great location but needs work. "

"The room was very clean, spacious, and the bathroom was fairly large. The parking was relatively easy to get in & out of. The hotel is located in downtown Pittsburgh & is about kitty corner from the Pirates Stadium. There are a couple restaurants within a block & the North Shore Tavern served a very good burger at a reasonable price. "

"Everything was great...the only suggestion I would have is that the coffee "station" in the room was very thin. There was only 1 regular k-cup, 2 decaf and 1 tea, nothing for stirring. Luckily this time, I was the only coffee drinker. I would recommend beefing that up a bit...otherwise...great!!"

"Time to put this dog down. Everything is old. The bathroom and ceilings are falling apart. Paint and wallpaper are peeling off the walls. Elevators are all damaged and old and something don’t even work. The doors and hallways are all banged up. There’s a serious shortage of staff.. room service is really really really overpriced. Valet parking at $50 a night is more than the airport. The gym is small and with three people in it already felt overcrowded."
