The lady answered wasn’t helpful nor did she care. Her response was “just shut it off”. After another hour of it being off and the room reaching 81. We decided to pack up at 1am and leaving to find another hotel"

"Bedroom suite we had was amazing. Two bathrooms and the extra space was a huge bonus. Exploring the hotel and plaza area was very interesting and our kids loved it too. Parking is kind of annoying and valet tried charging us extra at the en of our stay. "
