"It served the purpose, room was ok, The bathroom needs to be renovated. The window just had blinds so I put a blanket over it to block the light. If I had no other place to stay, I would stay again depending on the price. I was visiting for mother’s weekend."

"Overall it was pretty clean, but the hours for the pool states it's open until 12:00 but we were told we couldn't swim after 10:00 because we had a kid. That was the entire reason i booked at this location was because of the late swimming time. This information is not disclosed anywhere prior to booking. "

"Stayed in this hotel because nothing else was available. Should have stayed in my car. This hotel was terrible. From the mask smell of air freshener when you walk in, to the NON WORKING AIR CONDITIONER AND PHONE. The air was not cool and told them about it. Did nothing to refund my money since they said I didn’t tell them that night. Well I got there at 9:30pm, showered and got in bed by 10:30. Turned on air thinking it would be cold, woke up in a sweat at 2:00! The phone in the room had no signal so couldn’t reach anyone, nor was I going to wake my two daughters to go down to lobby. The next morning I told them and they said they would call me Monday to talk about refund. Never heard from them. Called Tuesday no answer from them, call Wednesday no answer. Finally they answered on Thursday and said they would do nothing about it. Terrible customer service and could care less about the price they are charging people to stay there!! DO NOT STAY HERE…. There is a brand new Fairfield HALF the price ! Go there!!"

"Our check in was fast. Safe environment. Clean room with white spotless sheets. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, with a lot of choices. Noise from the highway was able to be heard but bearable with the air conditioner or tv on so it wasn’t a problem."
