Omni Houston Hotel

"We had a great stay at the Omni! The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. Self-parking was simple, just a few steps away in the garage. We did have an issue with the iron not getting hot, but when we called the front desk, they immediately brought up a new one. We also requested a refrigerator since the room didn’t include one, and they brought it up quickly and let us keep it for our entire stay, which was a huge plus. Another big highlight was that they allowed us to check in early when our flight arrived ahead of schedule. That level of flexibility and customer service made a big difference. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice and quiet hotel next to and walkable to hospitals at Houston Medical Center. Very convenient if you need to be a loved one who is in one of the hospitals. Hotel restaurant was very good. Staff very friendly. Valet parking very convenient."
