"We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite room with a brilliant view of the Shard! The style of the hotel was quirky with a good atmosphere. The continental breakfast was very good with many choices."

"Great location right on the jubilee walk ( ok, 100 feet walk). Grocery stores near by, short walk to underground and trains. Next to the Tate Modern. Lots of restaurants nearby. In short, a little gem."

"Arrived early and (thankfully) was able to check-in early (check-out was equally painless). Hotel is within a 5-10 minute walk of two subway stations, the Thames, the Tate, Globe Theatre, Borough Market. The breakfast buffet is worth getting. The staff was friendly and accommodating at every turn (asked for an extra pillow and they brought it up right away). Enjoyed hitting the pool. If you are thinking of staying in London, this is the place. You can thank me later."
