"hotel definitely is a little out of date. there was an odd smell in the room, our curtains were also covered in stairs and there was a small spot of mold forming above our shower. however the staff working the front desk was amazing! from the moment we walked in they were helping and very welcoming. "I took my son and his friend for a belated birthday celebration. Our original trip was postponed due to a big snowstorm. When we arrived the staff was genuine and welcoming. At dinner the waitress was unbelievable. Kind, attentive AND when we said we were celebrating my son’s belated birthday and his friends birthday (the day prior) she surprised them with the most decadent chocolate cake. Our meals were delicious and we were so impressed with how special the server made the boys feel. "
