"The hotel felt very new, very clean (except for a missed spot in the shower). Front desk staff very friendly. The walls are very thin, it was mostly a quiet night, but at 7am we could hear what sounded like a lecture, muffled voice droning in for over an hour."

From the welcoming greeting by Dan and Kim at the reception desk to our delicious breakfast buffet the following morning serviced by Elsa, we were impressed by the customer service by the friendly staff who really seemed to care that we had a positive experience. Kim was very helpful in advising us on our destination and was sympathetic when our concert was postponed for one more night! Gracious staff made up for the delay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bed was high quality and we slept well. We will definitely come back, should the need arise. Thank You!"
