"See earlier review regarding roach and sleeping attendant. I booked this as two different booking because I missed my check in date. So I get to review this place twice. This place is not worth the chance of brining home infestation. Still waiting for management to respond after reaching out both via email and message at desk. "

"Shuttle to airport was not efficient…had to wait at airport to be picked up for over 1 hour to get back to our car…when hotel was only few minutes away…"

"Everything was wonderful. We had one issue during our stay that was out of anyone’s control really, but the manager quickly took action and moved us to another room, which was even better than our original room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the remainder of our stay. We would have been okay without the vouchers as we were already happy with the room change but it was a nice touch and we greatly appreciated it."

"I called the front desk multiple times between 10:45pm and 2am about a party in the room next door. They never helped stop the noise which was incredibly loud and prevented us from sleeping much of the night. Party eventually stopped on its own at 4am. "

"We had ants in our suite - in the bathroom at first - and we brought this to the attention of the front desk. We were guaranteed a partial refund. Nobody came to clean any parts of the suite despite going back to let the front desk know the ants had now spread to the main living area. We stayed for two nights and the ants were there from the very beginning! Despite following up with the front desk multiple times, manager via phone, and hotels.com, I was NEVER issues any refunds. The 'breakfast' that is included is abysmal, as well. There were NO plates available and staff simply shrugged and walked away. The selection of items was awful, the juice machine was broken, no to go cups available for coffee, and there were multiple parties that had pets sitting in the main area and by the food stations."
