The television in our room wasn't working and the maintenance team member who came up to repair was helpful, respectful and quickly transferred us to another room on the same floor when he determined that it would take more time to repair and reprogram. He's a real asset. Thanks to all."

"The hotel felt very new, very clean (except for a missed spot in the shower). Front desk staff very friendly. The walls are very thin, it was mostly a quiet night, but at 7am we could hear what sounded like a lecture, muffled voice droning in for over an hour."
